Sane covers 3 properties; Super Sane covers 10. A portfolio host or a small property-management operation fits in one account instead of splitting across several.

Add properties the same way as always — paste the calendar link, confirm the address, done. Color-code each property so the dashboard and calendars stay readable at a glance.

Calendar links are the iCal feeds Sane Host merges and watches for double-bookings — Airbnb, VRBO, and Google Calendar per property.

Sane caps you at 6 feeds across the account. Super Sane removes the cap, so every property can carry its Airbnb feed, its VRBO feed, and a Google Calendar for direct bookings — with conflict detection across all of them.

Open any property and keep adding calendars. Each new feed joins the merged schedule and the double-booking checks immediately.

Magic links are no-login schedule URLs for your cleaning team — each one scoped to exactly the properties that cleaner covers. Cleaners stay free on every plan.

Sane includes 3 active links. Super Sane makes them unlimited: one per cleaner, one per building, a temporary one for a fill-in over the holidays — create and revoke freely.

Create links from the Magic Links page, name them after the person or crew they belong to, and add contact info so schedule changes reach them automatically.

Your questions go to the front of the support queue. Sane Host is built by a small team, and Super Sane hosts hear back first.
